The Ultimate Life Assessment

Steps to Complete the Wheel of Life Exercise

Identify Key Areas: Start by identifying the main areas of your life, such as health, career, relationships, and personal growth.

Rate Your Satisfaction: On a scale from 1 to 10, rate your current level of satisfaction in each of these areas.

Visualize on the Wheel: Plot these ratings on the Wheel of Life diagram, a circular chart divided into segments  representing each life area.

Reflect and Assess: Look at the completed wheel to understand the balance — or imbalance — in your life. Notice which areas are thriving and which need more attention.

Set Goals and Plan: Based on your reflection, set specific, achievable goals for the areas you wish to improve. Create a plan of action to work towards these goals.

The “Wheel of Life” is a valuable tool for achieving life balance, offering a visual representation of key life areas like health, career, relationships, and personal growth. It allows individuals to rate their satisfaction in each area, identifying which aspects are flourishing and which need improvement. This encourages self-reflection, deeper understanding of personal priorities, and goal setting for enhanced well-being. Taking the “Wheel of Life” test is a transformative step for comprehensive life assessment, helping set effective goals and align daily actions with broader aspirations. It’s a powerful catalyst for personal growth and creating a fulfilling, balanced life tailored to individual needs.
