After earning my bachelor's degree in science from Liberty University, my insatiable curiosity led me to pursue a naturopathic doctorate. Graduating as a Naturopathic Doctor, I continued my academic journey by obtaining a Ph.D. where I delved deeper into holistic approaches to health and well-being.

As a Board-Certified Naturopathic Doctor (BCND) with extensive training and a fervent passion for holistic well-being, I've dedicated my life to exploring the diverse realm of holistic and integrative therapies. My ultimate aim is to equip you with the knowledge and therapeutic tools that will nurture your mind, revitalize your body, and elevate your spirit.
