HTMA Policy & Shipping Information

Ordering & Shipping

Once you order an HTMA test with us, please check your email within 1-3 days for a Welcome Packet and detailed instructions on your next steps. We will ship your HTMA kit within 3 business days, and it typically takes about 1 week to arrive.

Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to mail service disruptions, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

If you do not receive your kit within 10 days, contact us, and we will either ship a new one or provide email instructions based on your preference.

Shipping Restrictions

• We only ship HTMA kits within the United States, excluding New York, where HTMA testing is not permitted.
• If you are outside the U.S., you will receive email instructions on how to collect your sample, where to send it, and a lab form to print and include with your sample.

Turnaround Time

It typically takes 3-4 weeks to receive your HTMA report and consultation:

• 1 week for your HTMA kit to arrive
• 1-2 weeks for lab processing
• 1-2 weeks for us to complete your report and consultation
  For international clients, processing times may be longer.

Service Eligibility

We reserve the right to decline service if we determine that an individual may not be a good fit for our programs.

Refund Policy

For health and safety reasons, Naturel Vitality does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Please review your purchase carefully before ordering. If you need assistance, we are happy to help you make an informed decision.

• HTMA tests must be submitted within 1 year of purchase; after this period, they will be considered void.
• All services and appointment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
