Individuals who are in good health can expect to feel better and experience a greater feeling of well being from each Ion Foot Cleanse session; increased vitality, improved sleep, rejuvenated skin condition, and stress relief. Some individuals with pain, edema, and swollen or deteriorating joints have reported symptomatic relief right after a session. Before the Ion Foot Cleanse, individuals should have balanced electrolyte levels to ensure a comfortable and effective treatment. To help ensure this, individuals are given an electrolyte mix supplement at least five to ten minutes before each session.

After the session some individuals may experience: thirst, light-headedness, headache, hunger, and/or a need to rest after the session. Tingling or tightening sensations in various parts of the body, discomfort in unhealthy areas of the body, slight shortness of breath,” diaper rash” like condition on their feet, have been reported. Some individuals may also experience loose stool for a couple of days. These are all typical responses to detoxification and it will subside after a few sessions. Many people do not experience any  of the above.

The Ion Foot Cleanse accelerates changes in the body. It is very important that you give your body a chance to re-calibrate from the shift in toxic load. This requires rest, appropriate fluid intake, nutritional support, consumption of digestive enzymes, trace minerals, and fatty acids, which are involved in the movement and transport of raw materials in the body.During the course of an Ion Foot Cleanse session, the unit water will change color and bits of foreign matter may appear as sediment. This is to be expected. It is caused by a reaction between the toxins being pulled from an individual’s body and particles in the water, salt added to the water, the metals in the ionizor® array, and the acidity or alkalinity of the individual. Not all toxins found in the Ion Foot Cleanse come from the lymphatic system; some are due to the differences in local water supplies, personal diet, geographic areas and other variables. Though most toxins can be identified, there are those not visible. See link below for reference.
